We have the parts, we have the tools.  We have the X, Y and Z axes jogging.  If this video (they did it in a weekend!) doesn’t motivate us to get it done, nothing will. :)

The parts are in.

Thermistors are in, as are the Z stage belts.

I laser cut the first attempt at a fabricated X-Y idler wheel last night.  Hole needs to be bigger, but otherwise looked good.  Hopefully these acrylic ones hold up better than the ones on the RepRap.
